Jonathan Rolls is a well respected long standing firm which was established in 1990 after a management buy-out of Bernard Thorpe & Partners. Our office is a period villa ideally situated in keeping with its surroundings close to the Regency mansions known as Sussex Square, Lewes Crescent, Chichester Terrace and Arundel Terrace.

Our Management Department currently deals with over 1500 units and, whilst the majority of our portfolio is situated in Brighton & Hove, we also deal with properties throughout Sussex.

We mainly manage three types of properties which include long leasehold, tenanted and commercial units for clients owning large numbers of properties. In addition we manage properties on behalf of individual Resident Owning Consortiums.

On the long leasehold management side, we cover all types of properties from large purpose built blocks of flats to converted period houses and mansions. It is our job to maintain the structure of the property from the smallest issue through to complete redecoration or refurbishment of common hallways.

Our Commercial Department deals with units throughout Sussex which range from individual shops to entire industrial estates – our services here include rent collection, rent reviews and lease renewals.
